Bakersfield for the day

Yes, most people do not think about bakersfield as a place to travel to at the tail end of spring. We drove here to meet up with Christine's newly married, oldest brother on his way back from Yosemite.

Jacob loves fish and on our family trip to San Diego, I had an opportunity to take him out, just the two of us.  We found a very fun restaurant, Joe's Crab Shack.  They even take pictures for their guests:
